Ken Krauss: Your Choice For Voice

I can give my voice to your vision, and I'm eager to help you with whatever your project may entail. Narration, commercials, audiobooks, animation. podcasts, video games---you name it, and I'll deliver the goods!

I have studied at VoiceTrax in Sausalito, California for years, working with some of the top teachers and talents in the voice-over world. Samantha Paris, Thom Pinto, Bob Bergen, Pat Fraley, Sirenetta Leoni, Cynthia Songe, Susan Blu, and Lisa Baney are just some of the instructors I've learned from, as well as top talent agents and casting and booth directors such as Nate Tico, Ned Lott, Natanya Rose, Jeff Howell, and others. Working with these incredibly talented and experienced artists has given me a keen eye for script analysis and the ability to take direction.

I have performed with the Mendocino Theater Company, a Northern California institution with more than 30 years history, appearing on stage in productions of Side Man, Roshomon, and A Winter's Tale. I was the sound designer for MTC productions of The Miracle Worker, Collected Stories, The Shaker Chair, The Tempest and Tuesdays With Morrie.

I also recently worked on the sound design for an independent world premeire play, directed by Steve Siler and written by and starring Steve Burleigh, titled "MAKEPEACE".

For the last few years I have been appearing with Mendocino's local improv group the Hit and Run Theater, being instructed in the finer points of improvisation by veteran actor and director Doug Nunn.
